Demo vs full release
The current Demo and the intended full release are separate scopes. Steam and the official Update 049 announcement list October 28, 2026 for the full release; use the release date and unlock time page for the date, price and launch-day checks.
What the Demo covers
The current Demo build was released on September 14, 2026. It includes starting specializations, Perks, customers, trading, appraisal, water, wine, machines, animals, events, Security, Augs and Black Market systems. Availability can differ from Playtest plans and the intended full release.

Limits and troubleshooting
Property purchases, unavailable specializations, scenario-specific visitors, save behavior and Mod-only unlocks can be mistaken for bugs. Check the build and mode before changing a route, then use Demo Limits and Troubleshooting for the checks and reporting steps.
