Wanted

James Bailey

Poster bounty300 Credits

The eyepatch is a useful starting clue. He may use an ordinary citizen title at the counter and offer a discounted equipment lot.

Compare the whole face with the current poster before using the alarm; a discount does not establish that goods are safe.

In-game portrait of The Butcher
Wanted

The Butcher

Poster bounty450 Credits

A heavyset man in a cap; community references describe a returning scavenger selling a bag of finds.

Inspect the offered items separately from matching his identity. His job title is not a complete identification check.

In-game portrait of Arthur Lafleur
Wanted

Arthur Lafleur

Poster bounty100 Credits

A knit cap and clean-shaven face distinguish him from Odin. He is reported as a revolutionary customer seeking food and materials.

A customer buying rather than selling can still be wanted. Compare the face before deciding to trade or report.

In-game portrait of Odin Haraldsson
Wanted

Odin Haraldsson

Poster bounty300 Credits

The bearded man in a knit cap can become a buyer contact for weapons, ammunition and related stock.

The poster lists 300. A community reference reports 350 on later visits; that is a separate encounter claim. Reporting can remove the contact.

In-game portrait of Lou
Wanted

Lou

Poster bounty1500 Credits

The woman with long light hair appears in the center of the wanted poster with a listed bounty of 1500.

A poster entry does not prove a normal shop visit is available. Her encounter and reward-collection route remain unverified for the current Demo.

In-game portrait of Li Bei Wen
Wanted

Li Bei Wen

Poster bounty400 Credits

The dark-haired man in a light coat claims to be a researcher and may sell medical samples. His account is part of his story.

Do not treat a medical-looking outfit or a claim of innocence as proof that he is absent from the wanted list.

In-game portrait of Juan
Wanted

Juan

Poster bounty75 Credits

The moustached man in a work cap may appear under a laborer title and offer surplus food.

Compare the portrait even when the offer looks routine. The listed bounty is 75, not a guaranteed daily income source.

In-game portrait of John Smith
Wanted

John Smith

Poster bounty125 Credits

A bald man in a light shirt. He may explain the accusation as confusion over a common name.

Use the poster portrait rather than accepting or rejecting his explanation solely because the name is common.

In-game portrait of Leroy
Wanted

Leroy

Poster bounty300 Credits

The bearded man in a beret can impersonate a Security inspector. A uniform is not proof of legitimate authority.

Match his face before complying with a claimed inspection. Wanted identification and Aug detection require separate checks.

In-game portrait of Joe Wild
Contacts & stories

Joe Wild

Your contact for business starter services, referrals and protection. Water, wine and ranching can be later business choices as well as opening routes.

Keep his card, check the current service quote and separate one-time costs from nightly fees. Reserve bills before purchasing a new route.

In-game portrait of Dr. Jackson
Contacts & stories

Dr. Jackson

An after-hours source of machines, tools and modules. Available stock depends on progression and the current visit.

Buy for an identified bottleneck, inspect charge and condition, and take every purchase with you before leaving the workshop.

Encounter note · Demo · 2026-10-15

In-game portrait of The Mentor
Contacts & stories

The Mentor

Introduces shop trading, display stock, inspection and later risks in story-enabled starts. Rock Bottom changes this support.

Read the notes as lessons arrive and keep both sides of the counter clear. Do not budget around a tutorial gift in a different scenario.

Encounter note · Demo · 2026-10-15

In-game portrait of The Landlord
Contacts & stories

The Landlord

Collects rent and announces the next amount. Mortgage payments and rent are separate obligations when their branches are active.

Use the calendar and current bill. Rent Grace can defer a missed payment; it does not erase the debt or make a mortgage affordable.

Encounter note · Demo · 2026-10-15

In-game portrait of Georgio
Contacts & stories

Georgio

A recurring scavenger with unusual finds and a later loan request. Claims about relics or inventions still need item inspection.

Inspect each lot and keep rent funded without relying on repayment. Reported dates and repayment branches vary with story progression.

Encounter note · Demo · 2026-10-15

In-game portrait of Eleanor
Contacts & stories

Eleanor

Her visits move from ordinary purchases toward a request for help and later scavenging work. Earlier paid trades and a later donation are different choices.

Read the current request instead of following a fixed day list. Her suspicion about her mother does not establish a playable rescue quest.

Encounter note · Demo · 2026-10-15

In-game portrait of Officer Lun
Contacts & stories

Officer Lun

Explains wanted reporting and later appears in an injury and medicine storyline. Some earlier community guides call him Officer Len.

Separate Lun from Leroy and the ordinary surplus seller. A later medicine or inspection scene is conditional, not a guaranteed visit on one day.
